Birth Prep Workshop- September 29 at The Wild Grove

Birth preparation is about more than knowing what to expect. It’s about learning how to move, respond, and work together when the moment comes.

Led by pelvic floor physical therapist Dr. Micaela Dlugosz, DPT, PT, this hands-on workshop invites expecting mothers and their birth partners to explore the biomechanics of birth through movement, positioning, comfort measures, and practical support.

You’ll learn how the pelvis moves during birth, explore labor positions and the why behind them, and practice tools your partner can use to support you throughout labor.

Because the things you practice now can become the things you return to intuitively when birth begins.

September 29 | 6:30–8:30 PM
$119 per couple
Registration includes expecting mother + one birth partner/support person.

Thermography Pop Up- October 9th at The Wild Grove

Join us at The Wild Grove for a thermography pop-up with April Peters of Body in Focus Thermography. Thermography is a gentle, non-invasive, radiation-free imaging method that captures patterns of heat and blood flow throughout the body.

Designed to offer another way of becoming more informed and attentive to your body, thermography can provide information to consider alongside your broader health and wellness care. There is no radiation, compression, or physical contact involved in the imaging process.

Appointments will be offered throughout the pop-up and are limited to those who reserve in advance.

Monthly Sound Bath- October 12th at The Wild Grove

There is something powerful about allowing sound to take you where thought cannot.

Led by Hannah Price, The Sound Sanctuary is an intimate evening of soothing sound, stillness, and deep restoration. Settle onto your mat as the resonance of sound bowls creates space to quiet the noise, reconnect with your body, and simply receive.

Come exactly as you are. Leave a little softer, a little quieter, a little more connected to yourself.

October 12 | 4-5 PM
$15 per person

Bring a yoga mat. A blanket and pillow are optional—and always welcome for a little extra coziness.
